Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities** + Raise vouchers related to banking products such as Loan, Treasury, IRS SWAP, Deposit, Foreign Remittance, Trade Financing, and other new or future products. + Check and verify vouchers/input monitors in the SMILE core banking system. + Input SMILE entries submitted by General Account and Admin Department. + Prepare SWIFT MT/MX vouchers for customer remittances, loan drawdowns, Money Market Funding, IRS SWAP, and other transactions. + Prepare reports related to Labuan operations for local management, head office, and regulatory submissions. + Prepare monthly customer account statements. + Conduct sanctions screening for third-party vendors and trade finance transactions. + Prepare and review department standard operating procedures in accordance with parent bank, global policies, and standards. **Requirements** + A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution. + Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a bank. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. + Good knowledge and experience in compliance and sanction matters related to banking operations will be an added advantage. + Sound understanding of operational workflows in trade finance, credit/loan processing, account servicing, and treasury product settlement is an advantage. + Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. Additional language proficiency is a plus. + Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality. + Adaptive to new environments and able to work independently with minimal supervision. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Willing to multitask and handle responsibilities beyond routine tasks.
