Your Impact

As an Analyst in Master Data Services for Materials Master and Enterprise Asset Management, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical materials and asset data. Your role supports maintenance, procurement, and operational continuity by enabling clean, reliable data in Newmont’s ERP systems.

As Part of Our Team, You Will Maintain and update master data for materials and assets in the ERP system.Validate and process data requests for completeness and consistency.Follow master data governance policies, procedures, and quality standards.Support regular data cleansing, validation, and audit activities.Monitor data quality metrics and support reporting.Resolve data-related queries and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Assist with the implementation of new data tools and system enhancements.Collaborate across functions including Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Finance.Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Information Management, Business) preferred but not required. Knowledge in heavy equipment, components, and systems, with a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and support equipment-related processes or maintenance activities. Understanding of materials master and asset data within ERP/MDM systems.Developing to competent proficiency in data entry, validation, and management tools.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with maintenance and inventory processes is a strong asset.Your Work Environment You will be part of Newmont’s Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Costa Rica, working within the Finance function. The role is people-focused and involves cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders across People, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams. You’ll work in a hybrid, dynamic environment, balancing leadership responsibilities with strategic project execution.We currently have 10 open positions for Analyst, Master Data Services – Materials Master/Enterprise Asset Managment. Five roles will support operations during the day shift, while the other five will cover the night shift to ensure continuous support across time zones.Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Compensation will be aligned with the local Costa Rican market and paid in Costa Rican colones (CRC).Why Join Newmont
