Your ImpactAs an Analyst in Master Data Services for Business Partners and Third Party Workers, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate, consistent, and compliant data. Your work directly supports operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and informed decision-making across the business.
As Part of Our Team, You Will Create, update, and maintain master data records for business partners and third-party workers within ERP systems.Validate incoming data requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.Adhere to established data governance policies and procedures.Perform regular data quality checks, cleansing activities, and support audits.Track and report performance indicators related to data accuracy and timeliness.Resolve data-related queries and support continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process enhancements and tool implementation.Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required. Developing to competent proficiency in ERP systems, MDM tools, and data entry standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured data procedures.Understanding of data governance frameworks and performance metrics.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Your Work Environment You will be part of Newmont’s Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Costa Rica, working within the Finance function. The role is people-focused and involves cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders across People, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams. You’ll work in a hybrid, dynamic environment, balancing leadership responsibilities with strategic project execution.We currently have 10 open positions for Analyst, Master Data Services – Business Partners/Third Party Workers. Five roles will support operations during the day shift, while the other five will cover the night shift to ensure continuous support across time zones. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
