In this role you will be centralized in the organization and partner with product owners and internal stakeholders to understand the team’s vision and translate that to solve customer and business problems. **The impact you will make in this role** + You will lead by example, managing projects independently, and through continuous improvement. + You will support customer research studies with creation of assets and incorporation of customer feedback in designs. + You will drive UX strategy, brand standards, consistency, efficiency, and compliance while gaining cross-functional alignment and incorporating the voice of the customer. + You will implement learnings from user research studies, delivering technically feasible designs. + You will motivate team members through knowledge sharing, design inspiration, and embracing 3M culture. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in UX, Human Factors, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience + Minimum 3-6 years combined experience as User Experience, User Interface, Information Architect, or Interaction Design role. + Minimum 3-6 years' experience with wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar. + Business fluency in English and Spanish is required. + Portfolio with Digital link is required Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Experience working on a global team or with translations for web experiences. + Familiarity with Dual Track Agile, Lean UX, or Agile development, including scrum ceremonies. + Strong time management and ability to be self-directed. + Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, or similar tool. + Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, or similar. + Excellent communication skills. **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
