Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all transactions for drawdowns and rollovers of loans.
Act as a liaison for STAMPS Portal applications, ensuring documents are correctly stamped when Stamp Duties are paid.
Ensure Comprehensive Approvals on various terms and conditions are properly uploaded into the Bank's Docket System.
Issue Payment Letters for Stamp Duties and ensure timely cancellation.
Register letters of Guarantee, Corporate Guarantees, Letters of Indemnity, and Credit Reference Letters as governed by the First Corporate Banking Department.
Register approved Credit Application and Borrower Ratings into the relevant database.
Extract and compile credit information and corporate loan registration using the relevant database.
Ensure consistency between Credit Approval terms and conditions and approved credit registration within SMILE System.
Monitor and control various due dates and prepare monthly, quarterly, or yearly schedules or reports as instructed and when necessary.
Provide operational support to other staff within the team and assist in the implementation of initiatives related to operational enhancement and participate in all ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with:
A recognized degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Banking/Economics or other related suitable discipline.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in banking, preferably in loan or credit administration.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access).
Proficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
