The Lifestyle Benefits & Partnerships team at Amex is looking for an Analyst, Lifestyle Benefits & Partnerships, that will be responsible for Making Membership Matter, through leading the development, negotiation and execution of offers and experiences, as well as managing partner fit and efficiency, across multiple Premium Cardmember value categories.

How you will make an impact in this role:

Developing, maintaining, and evaluating key partnerships across lifestyle industries to provide differentiated value through offers and experiences for Premium Cardmembers.
Creating a national calendar of tiered offers and experiences designed for multiple Card products from end to end, including negotiations, contractual development, agency and partner management, creative assets, and onsite event management.
Consistently finding new and innovative ways to drive awareness and elevate the association of Amex within lifestyle industries like Retail, Driving, Wellness, Wine, Film, and more.
Spearheading and managing external business relationships and partnerships across the value chain, continuously evaluating partner and member effectiveness and efficiency.
Showcasing superior attention to detail, communication, influencing and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business as well as Merchant, Corporate Affairs, Legal, and Compliance.
Event management in key cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal (travel may be required).
Grow and develop both personally and professionally through formal development planning and mentorship sessions.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or on-the job experience. Effective partner management with strong negotiation abilities.
Highly detail-oriented – you're thorough and meticulous on the big and little things. Strong project manager that can keep multiple concurrent projects on track.
Highly motivated self-starter – you think strategically and execute flawlessly.
Terrific team player – you build strong relationships to champion ideas, initiatives, and projects across internal cross-functional and external stakeholders.
