Job Description

The Language Support Center Analyst will be in charge of creating a supportive learning environment which will help students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, the Language Support Center Analyst will teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English, oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback. Prepares, plans, schedules and coordinates all aspects of classroom/blended/virtual facilitation/training. Delivers trainings in a blended learning environment, on targeted topics such as language skills, communication skills, industry vocabulary, etc. using adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques. Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition, Training & Quality and Operation teams to support language upskilling and/or other languages as required.

Responsibilities

Provide dynamic facilitation of classroom-based and blended learning trainings through the application of a variety of instructional techniques and to multiple audiences and locations.Present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities for technical, customer service, and sales accounts.Conduct student and Operation observations to detect gaps and design learning interventions.Organize classroom lectures and coursework.Be responsible for achieving individual training performance metrics.Prepare materials and activities.Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.Instruct students about the structure and content of the target language.Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar, and sentence construction.Monitor performance and progress and modify instructional methods to meet individual needs where necessary.Maintain accurate and complete student records including attendance, grades, assessments, and test scores as required.Ensure active participation in stakeholder management meetings, mainly but not limited to, the Talent Acquisition, T&Q, and Operation teams.Other duties, as assigned (may include validations, translations, support with local projects, among other department requirements).

Requirements.

Bachelor's Degree from a college or university (preferably in Languages, Teaching, Translations). More than a year of experience in Teaching English is a MustEnglish proficiency (C1) is a Must.Coaching tactics basic knowledgePassionate for training, coaching, and facilitationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel; Power Point, Word, Outlook)Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverablesSelf-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressureStrong attention to detailCandidates must possess strong communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal forms.The ability to effectively articulate ideas, instructions, and feedback clearly to various stakeholders is essential.Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technologies.Strong problem-solving skills are essential, including the ability to probe into issues effectively, analyze complex problems, and develop solutions.Full time Availability is requiredVacancy On Site in Medellin
