Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst, IT Operations  located in Zalaegerszeg.

Reporting to the the Director, Information Technology, the Analyst, IT Operations role involves supporting  all Flex operations within Hungary as well as work together with the regional and global IT teams on escalations.

What a typical day looks like:

Provide user support in case of IT issues and requests within the SLAs determined in the Service-now systemCo-ordinating the work related to incidents and requests reported on helpdesk including the forwarding of tasks to the responsible teams, if the issue is not related to HelpdeskMonitoring and handling the requests and issues in the Helpdesk (Service-now) systemHandling the issues and requests incoming via phone, email and via the ticketing systemCreating user manuals for IT related solutionsSoftware installation and configurationCollaborate with other departments of Flex

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

An IT related education and/or relevant professional experience in a similar roleIntermediate level of English and Hungarian - spoken and written are required in this roleKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows is a mustUnderstanding of the business processes in a multinational organizationExcellent communication skillsExperience in Active Directory administration is a plusMust be available to work in rotating shifts (6am-2pm; 8am-5pm; 2pm-10pm)
