Your role at Baxter

The Analyst, Accountant is responsible for activities related to Accounting to Report (A2R) with emphasis in inventory management process such as costing, reserves, revaluation, on hand, discards, supply chain finance, and others. The role requires understanding of reconciliation process, accounting analysis, task oriented, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams.  In addition, requires meeting compliance requirements and work with high quality and delivery on time focus.

What you'll be doing

Reconcile Accounting to Report accounts,trend analysis and variancecomments.Communicate and follow up reconciliation’s differences for resolution of issues.Perform month end close activities timely.Provide customer serviceand deal with ad-hoc requirements.* Deliver all internal and external audit requirements. Propose, develop, and take part of projects related to process improvements. Comply with Corporate Policies and SOX.

What you'll bring

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.Background in Cost and/or Inventory accountingProven experience in a multinational environment and/or auditGood knowledge of USGAAPAnalytical skillsCommunication skills, diplomatic, flexible and “cando” mind-setFluent in both written and spoken English (B2+)Advance reporting tools including MSExcel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerQueryERP System knowledgeBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
