The insurance associate will be part of a multidisciplinary team in charge of executing tasks and daily processes related to insurance claims’ follow up and resolution, insurance quoting according to the client’s requirements including the variables that might affect the insurance premiums, monitoring and reconciliation of payments to the insurance company, collection of clients, serve as liaison between the insurance agent and customers, and figure out UDI’s conciliation. This position will be responsible for proposing measurable, innovative and sustainable processes to eliminate rework and unnecessary waiting times. Its main responsibility will be the creation of strategies to penetrate the portfolio of clients who are not enrolled in the insurance program hand in hand with the commercial team.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or Administration, Engineering or any related professional career.Knowledge of improvement and process and quality management.Over two years of work experience in the insurance sector, processes, quality and Operations performance. Desirable Customer Service.   English level 90%
