SLC Management is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Analyst to join our Canadian Institutional Distribution team (Business Development and Client Relationships). This is an exciting opportunity for early career professionals to gain exposure to asset management, client service, and sales support. What will you do:

Collaborate with distribution teams to prepare reports and dashboards that track interactions, sales pipelines and business metricsConduct research on prospects and clients to support outreach and prepare for conferences and meetingsSupport with the development of presentations for meetingsCollaborate with individuals from cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, Investments, Products, Solutions, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, etc.Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferencesManage Salesforce data entry and maintenanceMaintain accurate records of materials distributed to prospects and consultants on SharePointManage quarterly questionnaire responses

What you will need to succeed:

An undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business, or related field (or comparable industry experience)0 – 2 years of experience in financial services or a related industryStrong organizational skills and a high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh-energy, results-oriented self-starter with a willingness to learn and contributeFamiliarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is an asset

Your actual base salary will be determined by your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
