We are currently seeking interested applicants to apply to the Institutional Client Group (previously known as FIG) for the role ofAnalyst, Institutional Client Group (ICG)

Applicants should have a genuine interest in forming a career within the Corporate and Institutional Banking business, have an interest in the Institutional Client Group (ICG) sector and how the bank can add value to clients through the delivery of financial solutions and service to develop relationships with various ICG clients including Insurance, Asset Management, Banks (both local and international banks) across HSBC’s global network. The successful applicant will be a driven self-starter, with an inquisitive mind, wanting to further their career in ICG with HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking franchise.

Principal Responsibilities

Responsible in supporting senior RMs for a number of clients including both Malaysian and internationally based FIs Non-bank FIs The client base will enable the successful candidate to develop and refine core relationship management skills over time working with a different portfolio of clients, across a broad array of products and solutionsThe role will require the RM to assist the Senior RMs in managing client requirements, facilitate implementation and execution of deals, and acting as the point of contact with internal stakeholders (e.g. legal, compliance, credit risk or product partnersGood understanding of credit and financial crime risk to ensure risk appetite is aligned with the Bank’s
