Global Investment Banking focuses on building long-term relationships with large corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors. The Infrastructure & Utilities practice provides strategic and event driven advisory services to clients globally across transport, infrastructure, power and utilities sectors. We advise infrastructure clients throughout their lifecycle, from development, construction, operations and monetisation. We also have strong connectivity with global infrastructure investors, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.

We require an Analyst to join the market leading Infrastructure & Utilities team as it continues to grow.

Duties include

Ability to operate as project / deal team lead, driving the work product and transaction processesParticipate in the execution of equity and debt financing and M&A transactionsPerform in-depth financial, valuation, product and industry analysis, and due diligencePrepare pitch books, client presentations and help create live deal materialsBuild financial / three-statement operating/ leveraged buyout modelsAttend client meetings as you build your network and experienceHelp to generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clientsLearn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe

Requirements

Investment Banking experience ideally within transport, infrastructure, power or utilities, or M&AOutstanding academic achievementModelling experience and detailed market sector knowledgeDetailed oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skillsA bachelor's degree plus 1+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modelling/valuation or consulting experienceEffective verbal and written communication
