＜業務内容＞　経験、適性等に応じて、以下いずれかの業務に従事していただきます。

マーケットレポート、フィジビリティスタディ、ホテル事業戦略レポート等の提供業務

市場調査、データ収集、対象ホテルの業績分析を行う必要に応じてホテルを訪問し、施設の視察、経営陣との面談、マーケットエリアや競合ホテルの視察などを行う上記に基づき、対象ホテルのマーケットレポートおよび収支予測を作成。

クライアントが開発・保有するホテルに誘致するホテルオペレーターの選定・交渉支援業務

オペレーター選定基準の整理オペレーター候補のリストアップ提案依頼書(RFP)の作成オペレーター候補へのRFPの配布・説明、問合せ対応オペレーター候補から提出された提案書の比較表作成優先交渉権者の決定に関する助言の提供基本合意書（MOU）交渉、に関する助言の提供ホテル運営委託契約（HMA）等に関する助言の提供

アセットマネジメント

プロジェクトリードとともに；　　　✓ホテルのオーナーや経営陣と面談し、損益計算書、キャッシュフロー計算書、　　　　ベンチマーク分析のサポートなど、月次・四半期ごとの営業成績を確認 　　　✓関連業務について法務、財務、その他コンサルタントと連携 　　　✓必要に応じて、施設の視察、経営陣との面談、対象となる市場エリアや競合ホテルの視察などを行う資本支出予算や長期戦略計画を含む年次事業計画/予算を評価し、コスト削減や収益向上の指針の提供ホテルの財務および運営上のパフォーマンスを評価・モニタリングし、目標とするパフォーマンスが達成されるよう、アセットレベルでの財務モデリングをサポート市場調査、データ収集、パフォーマンス分析をサポート隔週、月次、四半期において、予算報告書（市場の最新情報、資産パフォーマンス、ベンチマーク分析など）を作成し、社内外の主要ステークホルダーへレポート独自データベースの作成・維持必要に応じて他の部門との協業、サポート　等

【求める経験・スキル】

MS Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）での実務使用経験

　　　‐提案資料作成、エクセルでのデータ管理等

法人営業経験　2年以上高いコミュニケーション力英語（読み書きに抵抗のないレベル）４年制大学卒業以上

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

不動産業界での経験不動産デベロッパーでの開発業務経験金融機関、AM会社等での不動産評価・分析の実務経験宅地建物取引士
