Kforce has a client that is seeking an Analyst, Global HR Analytics & Insights in Doral, FL Area. Summary: The Analyst, Global HR Analytics & Insights is a key contributor in providing top notch HR Analytics, reporting and insights, technical expertise, and a business/operational focus in support of the organization's HR Strategy. This position will partner and collaborate with senior HR leaders and Brand HR Leads to develop, maintain, and improve analytics and insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and track goals against benchmarks. This role requires the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive talent related strategies, action, and decision making at all levels across the organization. Essential Functions: * Develop HR dashboards to monitor workforce trends, including headcount, turnover, retention, diversity and inclusion, talent development, business continuity, succession planning etc., and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness * Collaborate with HRIS and other HR partners to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analysis * Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business partners on various people-related issues, such as employee engagement, exit surveys, etc., to identify patterns/trends and track goals against benchmarks * Advise global HR teams, providing guidance, development, and support on inquiries and requests related to data use, governance, metrics, insights, and trend analysis * Performs other duties as assigned
