Hybrid Role: In-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday.

Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Executive Compensation, the Executive Compensation Analyst will support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and other executive rewards. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and an interest in executive pay strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

Assist in the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and senior leadership meetingsSupport the administration of annual and long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including tracking awards and performance metricsConduct market benchmarking and analysis using compensation surveys and public filings (e.g., proxy statements)Help ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations (e.g., SEC, IRS)Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systemsPartner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to support compensation cycle processesParticipate in preparing executive offer letters, retention summaries, and pay analysesStay current on executive pay trends, governance guidelines, and disclosure best practicesPerform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts) and familiarity with PowerPointExcellent attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and strong organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentInterest in developing expertise in executive compensation strategy, governance, and analytics

Education/Experience:

1+ years of Compensation or Executive Compensation experienceBachelor’s degree requiredFamiliarity with Workday and survey tools preferred
