Publicis Digital Experience brands include Razorfish, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, Saatchi Saatchi X, Plowshare, 3Share, and the Publicis Commerce Exchange. **Overview** This role is responsible for the development, monitoring, and maintenance of dbt and BigQuery SQL data pipelines and tests. They apply knowledge of internal processes, data best practices, and dashboard and reporting requirements to contribute to the organization's data products. In this role, you will learn how to drive, govern, and automate CRM marketing analytics capabilities with a modern data stack (dbt, Tableau, BigQuery, git). The successful candidate possesses a high level of attention to detail and a growth mindset and easily translates business inquiries into actionable technical solutions. **Responsibilities** + Use dbt and BigQuery to develop, document, govern, and maintain data pipelines supporting Tableau dashboards and reporting capabilities + Transform and aggregate raw data for data visualization and interpretation, troubleshooting inconsistencies or anomalies + Employ test driven development; utilize, develop, and maintain integration tests and CI/CD practices in both development and production environments + Thoroughly explore large data sets to identify major and minor trends as well as important distributions over time or by specific features + Test hypotheses based on exploratory data analyses; independently evaluate these hypotheses and surmise if they can be proven or disproved with available data + Independently problem solve, troubleshoot issues in dbt, SQL, Tableau, git, etc. + Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to understand data needs and develop meaningful solutions. + Contribute to team’s future capabilities by thoroughly documenting processes and building automations **Qualifications** + 1+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, data science, data engineering, computer science or a closely related field + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders + Extreme detail orientation without perfectionism + Growth mindset and high aptitude for learning + Strong desire to take ownership of business processes and pride in work **Extra Credit** + 1+ years of experience using dbt or another data governance tool (Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, etc.) in a business context a strong plus + Experience using SQL and/or BI software to explore, aggregate, clean, analyze, and/or audit data + Experience using Python or another coding language for analysis and/or to automate tasks + Experience using git to version control files and/or code + Obsession over documentation and futureproofing of work products **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
