Your new role
As part of the Ad Sales team, the Creative Ad Lab Strategist will be responsible for leading the strategic and creative development of integrated commercial proposals, connecting brands with the company’s key properties and launches. Operating collaboratively, this role requires strong coordination skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative advertising solutions aligned with business goals.
Your role accountabilities:
Lead the development of creative and strategic commercial proposals for advertisers - 25%Design and structure cross-platform advertising products - 15%Coordinate the ideation, development, and approval process of proposals with internal and external stakeholders - 25%Act as the project lead from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal standards - 15%Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality of deliverables - 10%Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with other departments, promoting a OneWBD approach - 10%Qualification & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing.3+ years of experience in communication, advertising, or marketing, working at agencies, media companies, or on the advertiser side.Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Passion for pop culture and the entertainment industry.Other nice to have:
Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.How We Get Things Done…
