Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities:** + Assist in executing and monitoring day-to-day operations related to Global Corporate (GC) Banking activities. + Support Relationship Managers in managing relationships with MUFG Berhad and Labuan GC clients, contributing to seamless client servicing. + Coordinate with internal teams to prepare instructions for Credit Control, Loans, Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Guarantee/Credit (LG/LC), and ensure proper handling of key documents. + Track credit expiry dates and assist in timely renewal to maintain credit validity in line with internal systems (e.g., SMILE). + Respond to client queries via email or phone in a professional and timely manner, delivering high-quality service. + Assist in preparing and submitting claims and documentation for business trips and client entertainment for Relationship Managers and Head of Department. **Requirements:** + Applicant must have a recognized Degree from a recognized university/higher learning institution. + Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial services is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients. + Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). + A team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
