Responsibilities:Build and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. Act as the key point of contact to support deal origination, client coverage, and relationship growth.
Evaluate and monitor credit risk through borrower ratings, periodic reviews, and risk flags. Support credit documentation and restructuring to ensure sound credit practices.
Work closely with internal teams across departments and regional offices to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Coordinate efforts to deliver results within the scope of responsibilities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with product partners (e.g., Treasury, Transaction Banking) to offer tailored solutions. Prepare client proposals and contribute to strategic account plans.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee timely submission of credit proposals, renewals, and related documentation. Support governance processes such as KYC and internal reporting.
Requirements:Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in credit and marketing.
Strong credit analytical skills, with the ability to assess credit risk and financial health.
Applicant must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good knowledge of banking regulatory environment, relevant laws & regulations, industry trends and products.
Accountable for own and team contributions and take ownership of their tasks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Possess good written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal employees or external customers/client.
Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
