This position is strength the collection team, part of the accounts receivable/ Collections.  Main responsibilities are to manage a Portfolio of AR, clarifications accounts, solve disputes, knowledge of webites to upload invoices, excellent customer service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Customers delinquency analysis and communicationSpecial process for customers (upload invoices, PO, statements, etc...),Follow up open items for customers billing/disputes.Visit to customers, travel

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or related,Experience of 2 years on accounts receivables,Experience in services industries/ CompaniesExcel – Advanced,SAT regulations – basic.English- desirable
