This position is part of the Information Technology Team and will be located onsite in Redruth, UK.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Service Desk incident and request managementEnd user computing systems and tools provisioningIT systems and facility maintenanceParticipate in IT and business-related projectsCollaborate with global diverse IT teams

The essential requirements of the job include:

Applicable degree program or IT industry certification2+ years of Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experiencePC and software troubleshooting and technical skills, including experience in Microsoft computing environment.Understanding of network and server administrationProvide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops, and manufacturing equipment.

Passion for problem-solving and customer serviceTeam-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedbackEagerness to learn new technologies and systemsITIL and/or MCSA certificationRoot cause analysis
