What will you do?

Provide day-to-day trade support for the NY Discretionary Lending deskAnalyze and report collateralCreate and book trade tickets and monitor trade settlementAssist with the margin call processesCommunicate trade details and margin requirements with external clientsLiaison to Funding, Operations and Finance teamsAccount setup and maintenanceMaintain and create reporting for the deskDaily PNL reconciliation and end of day PNL reportingDevelop strong working knowledge of Discretionary Lending’s products and servicesProactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the businessReview and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activitiesEscalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis

The expected salary range for this particular position is $110,000 - $130,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
