**Compensation Overview**
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

**What Is the Opportunity?**
The Treasury Team, a part of Corporate Finance, serves several critical functions supporting our partners in Corporate and Investments as well as Travelers' Business units and Subsidiary teams. The team manages and oversees daily liquidity, payments, debt and equity capital position, internal capital optimization, and banking relationships on behalf of the enterprise.
As an Analyst, Cash Management you will be responsible for performing daily cash management operations activities, including cashflow and liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, and processing wire and foreign exchange transactions. In this role you will perform bank account administration and bank fee analysis reporting; and collaborate with internal business partners to meet their Treasury needs, operational activities, and strategic initiatives. This is a fast-paced environment with a variety of challenges and opportunities.
Incumbents who fill this position are required to access or operate SWIFT Infrastructure or SWIFT related systems and will be subject to periodic post-hire background checks while employed in this position. As a condition of acceptance for this position, selected candidates will be required to electronically accept the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Disclosure Statement and Authorization included in the online employment application. You may also be subsequently asked to accept similar FCRA authorization periodically throughout your employment with the Company.
**What Will You Do?**
+ Perform daily cash position.
+ Process wire and foreign exchange transactions. Ensure compliance with OFAC regulations and fraud prevention best practices.
+ Complete cashflow and liquidity forecasts for communication to senior leadership, monitor daily liquidity of domestic entities in Travelers’ money market liquidity pool and perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
+ Leverage Treasury Management System, ERP, and internal software in support of daily Treasury activities including upgrades and system testing and maintaining system database tables and integrity of data.
+ Monitor, analyze, and prepare invoices for payment of bank account fees.
+ Manage the opening/closing of bank accounts and adding/removing of bank account services.
+ Gather information for audit and SOX control testing requirements.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?**
+ 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related Treasury activities.
+ Prior experience working with banks and/or financial institutions.
+ Knowledge of Treasury concepts and processes.
+ Ability to think logically; solve challenges and make recommendations for more efficient processes.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Treasury software/systems.
+ Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pay attention to detail and effectively convey information.

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or comparable advanced professional education.
