To deliver on this, the Cash Management team is focused on marketing/further developing existing and commercializing new deposit products that better align with the needs of Corporate Banking/Capital Markets clients. Working with companies whose business needs have become increasingly complex; CIBC Cash Management Relationship Managers provide customized solutions, often involving a team of experts to help their clients achieve their business goals. The Analyst, US Cash Management Sales is responsible for supporting sales growth and providing a consistent sales experience for both clients and employees. The Analyst will be responsible for all support functions with regard to the generation, management and implementation of all aspects of the sales management, sales process, including any sales tools, as well as onboarding and ongoing client management for both US and Canadian Corporate clients. **How You’ll Succeed:** + Actively contribute to the successful growth and profitability of the US sales portfolio by supporting the selling US Cash Management products and solutions that drive and sustain long term, mutually beneficial client relationships. + Supporting the development and execution of a sales plan with marketing and calling efforts focused on high value potential + Provide input, analysis and perspective to business leaders on the development and implementation of the sales management and sales process for Cash Management US platform, primarily for CIBC’s Corporate clients. + Maintain, monitor and recommend process improvements and/or sales strategies to build revenue. + Provide input, analysis and perspective to business leaders on the development and implementation of the sales tools to support the sales management and sales process. Tools should be tailored to support all business banking segments. + Act as subject matter expert for US Cash Management’s sales process and tools ensuring that CIBC is able to effectively deliver against client needs across all segments and the frontline is appropriately supported. + Subject matter expert and responsibility for the ongoing management and upgrade of the Cash Management Sales tracking tools (e.g. Salesforce). + Partner with Cash Management relationship managers to leverage existing relationships to originate new US Cash Management’s revenue and incorporate client needs into sales platforms as needed. + Identify ongoing enhancements/changes to the US sales management/process, tools or platforms. + Monitor usage of sales tools to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for change to senior leadership as appropriate. + Act as a key conduit for market feedback to management and product groups. + Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to clients to strengthen CIBC brand and cultivate revenue opportunity. + Respond to RFPs (request for proposals), prepare proposals, and perform presentations designed to maximize success. + Ensure development of any sales activities meet CIBC’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. **Who You Are:** **Values matter to you.** You bring your real self to work and you live our values – trust, teamwork and accountability. **You embrace and champion change.** You'll continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work in order to deliver your best. **Your influence makes an impact.** You know that relationships and networks are essential to success. This role has an expected salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 for the New York, NY market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
