As a Business Analyst (ROPS) on Team Periscope, you will take ownership of advance analyses, lead critical projects, and contribute strategic insights to improve revenue operations. This role requires a strong analytical foundation, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with senior leaders and serve as a mentor to junior team members, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead complex analyses to identify opportunities for revenue optimization, operational efficiencies, and process improvementsDevelop and implement strategic project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelinesDesign and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in tools like Tableau to enhance transparency and drive self-service analyticsPerform root cause analysis and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholdersPresent insights, project updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership and other key stakeholdersServe as subject matter expert on data sources, analytics tools, and best practices within revenue operationsMentor and support the development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environmentContinuously research and implement innovative approaches, tools, and techniques to advance the team’s analytical capabilities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, data science, healthcare, or a related field3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related rolesStrong proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft ExcelProven ability to conduct and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative analysesExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level presentationsDemonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related disciplineExperience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle, or operationsKnowledge of programming languages such as Python or RFamiliarity with statistical modeling and predictive modeling techniquesCommitment to DaVita’s Core Values

Salary/ Wage Range

$78,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: •　Bellingham: $17.66/hour •　Burien: $21.16/hour •　Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour •　Renton: $20.90/hour •　Seattle: $20.76/hour •　Tukwila: $21.10/hour •　Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
