Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Marine Operations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Business Process Optimization Analyst reporting to the Director, Business Process Optimization.

 

This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energized Business Process Optimization Analyst (Analyst, BPO) to join our Business Process Optimization team within the Global Marine Operations department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and enhancing our business processes to improve efficiency and deliver value across our operations. You will work closely with the Director of Business Process Optimization and cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes within the Global Marine Operations department. 

·         Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. 

·         Gather and analyze data related to process performance and operations. 

·         Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 

·         Work closely with the Director of Business Process Optimization and other team members to develop and implement process improvement strategies. 

·         Engage with various departments to gather insights and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. 

·         Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and improvement initiatives. 

·         Ensure that process documentation is up-to-date and accessible. 

·         Assist in managing process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and adherence to project timelines. 

·         Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes. 

·         Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by identifying and recommending best practices. 

·         Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance business processes. 

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

·         2+ years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or a similar role, preferably within a marine or logistics environment. 

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. 

·         Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). 

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and process management software. 

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

·         Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
