The Difference You Make:
The Analyst, Business Control & Risk Management operates within the first line of defense and is accountable to assist the Business Control group with evaluation of business processes and the identification of process gaps, testing key and non-key business controls, tracking errors and identifying thematic issues across the business line, and documenting results. The incumbent responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate.

Drive Risk Culture: Ensure awareness in the Business Line of risk frameworks, policies and standards.Adherence to Risk Frameworks: Report and escalate exceptions to Corporate/Business Line policies/standardsIssue Identification, Management, and Risk Assessment: Conduct RCSA responsibilities including Process Mapping, Risk & Control Matrices, Inherent Risk Assessments, Internal Control testing and Heracles data/input, as assigned.Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions to automate reporting and metric generations.Perform quality control and code validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of automated metrics.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Accounting, Business, Statistics, Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or equivalent field.

0+ Years Risk Management.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.Possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs.Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory trends.Understanding of the products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls.Knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or other relevant programing languages.

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$41,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$68,000.00 USD
