About the Role
Performs the role of the primary point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a professional, courteous, and welcoming front-office experience. Additionally, the role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily office operations.Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide front-desk coverage, welcoming guests in a courteous and professional manner.Maintain a clean and orderly reception and office environment.Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, including oversight of meeting room bookings and including room setup.Monitor and manage inventory of office and pantry supplies; place and track orders as required.Oversee daily office vehicle usage and fleet management.Receive and distribute incoming deliveries; manage courier services and related documentation.Administer petty cash transactions, process expense reports and invoices, and maintain accurate filing systems.Facilitate the ordering and printing of business cards and employee identification cards.Liaise with building management for service lift requests, work permits, access cards, and air conditioning extensions.Arrange domestic and international travel for employees in accordance with company policies.Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the office.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree HolderProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar roleExcellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
