Job DescriptionTeam Summary
The Regional Account Management team is responsible for expanding Visa’s acceptance solutions throughout the Asia Pacific (AP) region by deepening and broadening the usage of Acceptance Solutions product suite with our clients. The key measures of success include YoY improvement and attainment of targets across NPS, Net Revenue, Annual Average Net Revenue (bookings) and processing share through activities that meet our clients’ priorities and objectives. This includes identifying and driving expansion of acceptance solutions into new geographies and up-sell of new services to power our clients’ business.
What an Analyst in Regional Account Manager does at Visa
Provides support to the Director of Global and Regional Acquirers to protect and grow Net Revenue from the portfolio of acquirers. Support includes, but is not limited to:
Data pull and analysis to provide actionable insights to avert threats, capitalize on opportunities and track client performance against goals
Provide regular reports on progress on key initiatives
Act as a liaison between client and internal teams
Coordinate communication and content development with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of client presentations (e.g. product pitches, Quarterly Business Review, Steerco, etc.)
Support the execution of tactical sales campaigns and/or generate case studies to drive awareness of how our solutions powers our clients’ business
Manages a portfolio of SMB merchants with the objective of protecting and growing Net Revenue by understanding clients’ needs, ensuring satisfaction, developing pipeline and executing with sales excellence
Close deals and meet sales quotas
Collaborate with Client Support (L1/L2) and Client Service (Technical Account Management) to ensure client requests are addressed in a satisfactory and timely basis
Develop and negotiate commercial proposals for contract renewals, ups-sells or re-pricing to mitigate margin compression, grow overall Net Revenue
Works closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products and actively contributes to the evolving business and product strategy
