We are looking for an Analysis Solutions Manager to lead our growing team of data analytics experts working for the Customer Success Department. This individual will manage the processes and people responsible for meeting ServiceChannel customers’ data and analytical needs - including BI dashboard and report building as well as investigative analysis projects. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for both strategic and tactical analytics project planning, tracking, and reporting to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders. They will ensure data accuracy and consistency by enforcing optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.
The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and our customers. They will utilize strong organizational skills to support tracking and reporting of team activities and be able to contribute and mentor when advanced analysis skills are required.
**Responsibilities for Analysis Solutions Manager**
+ Lead cross-functional projects using analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
+ Build, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
+ Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
+ Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
+ Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, as well as external customers.
+ Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
+ Enforce team quality assurance and standards and testing.
+ Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
+ Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.
**Qualifications for Analytics Manager**
+ Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
+ Strong presentation and data storytelling skills. Ability to clearly present data findings to customers and leadership teams.
+ Experience working with Business Intelligence tools creating dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
+ Experience using analytics techniques to identify trends, run down issues, and make recommendations to impact business outcomes.
+ Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
+ Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
+ The right candidate will also be proficient and experienced with the following:
+ Experience with data visualization tools is a must: Looker (preferred), Power BI, Tableau, etc.
+ Strong SQL skills
+ Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00
