JD for contractors 4-6 years:

1) Experience with lower nodes like 7nm or below, preferable node -2nm/3nm/5nm 

2) Experience with high speed blocks . Analog and mixed signal one's.

3) good basic concepts 

Analog Layout Engineers with 4-7 years of experience in high-speed design and FinFET technology below 7nm
