Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology. - Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team. - Continuously improve design processes and methodologies. **3. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering + 2+ years of relevant experience **Preferred qualifications:** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in Analog circuit design, with a focus on switching converters, high voltage or high-power designs would be additional plus . + Strong knowledge of Analog design principles, high efficiency switching circuit designs and reliability. + Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, and simulation. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals, Understanding of DV flows & tools. + Good communication, presentation skills and teamwork. **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
