Love your job.** The Analog Field Applications Engineer (AFAE) is responsible for partnering with Sales and providing Analog related technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. The AFAE proactively identifies current products and/or creative solutions to solve existing customer projects and create new functionality/opportunities. In this role, the AFAE uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to gain credibility and develop relationships with customers. Primary responsibilities include: + Providing customers with proactive proposals for complete, system-level solutions that maximize TI content + Build up customer relationship and maximize TI product contents in customer’s applications. + Work together with sales force in driving revenue growth. + Provide and feedback product/solution gap to business unit and uncover opportunities for future product development. + Using various sales tools and relationships with design engineering to identify all potential projects + Using broad technical expertise to influence customers' part selection process while favorably positioning TI versus competition **Why TI?** + Engineer your future. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field + Above 2-year of technical experience (FAE, marketing, PM, R&D, etc…) in semiconductor industry + Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and oral communication skills + Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components + Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (examples include: op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.) + Experience with lab equipment, like oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills + Analyze competition landscape and leverage internal or external influence and resources to win business. + Passionate in learning new product and system knowledge. + Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions + Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery + Ability to build lasting, influential relationships, both inside and outside the organization + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment + Ability to take initiative and drive for results + Ability to influence decisions through a sense of urgency and competitive drive **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
