Thales Alenia Space in Spain is looking to hire a candidate that will work in a highly innovative environment and will participate in international telecom satellite projects as Analog/Digital engineer.

Analog and Digital design for on-board electronics, including design validation through engineering models.Understanding of technical requirements and definition of technical solutions.Electrical schematics captureSupport to post layout/placement activitiesTechnical exchanges with software, firmware and test benches departments as needed for design validation activitiesTechnical exchanges with thermomechanical department as needed for design definition and electronics verification activitiesSupport to industrialization methods departmentPreparation of design documentation for internal or customer Design ReviewsAnalog/digital electronics simulationsMicroprocessors Design environment. (Nice to have)

Skills & Qualification:

Engineering Master, preferably Electronics with firm background in analog electronic design.Experience in (minimum 6 years) Analog electronics design.Good written and verbal Spanish and English languages as a minimum. French knowledge will be valued.Knowledge of design tools: OrCAD, Pspice, Simplix/Simetrix, Mentor Graphics, DxDesigner…Knowledge in actuators driving design.Knowledge in Signal Integrity simulations tools (Hyperlinx or SI Wave,..)Valued knowledge in digital TC/TM design.Valued knowledge of space normative (ECSS) and electronics interfaces standardValued knowledge in high speed digital design including multi-core processors.Valued knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and programming experience.
