The candidate will be responsible for design, debug and verifications of analog circuits in SERDES products.

Main Responsibilities:

Working on subblock level to top level SERDES designs.Schematic design and simulation, analyzing, debugging issues.Be able to work with different sites, supervise junior analog design engineers and actively share knowledge/experience.

Key Qualifications:

MSc with 5+ years of analog design experience (SerDes/High-Speed design experience is a plus).Analog design and debug skills.Good knowledge of mosfet operation, finfet, GAA technologies, knowledge of analog design basics (amplifiers, current mirrors, etc.)Experience with EDA tools for schematic, physical design, and design verification.Good understanding of analog layout.Good knowledge of English (both writing and speaking skills) is mandatory.Experience of scripting (TCL, Perl, etc.) is a plus.
