**Job Description** **Responsibilities** + Elaborar los cálculos de compensación variable en excel como: Bono Annual, Bono Manejo Seguro, Bono Comercial, Bono Trimestral, Bono Reclutamiento y cualquier incentivo especial, con el fin de cumplir con el pago correcto de bono a cada uno de los zoners elegibles. + Participa en el proceso de las encuestas anuales de Mercado, asi como las encuestas ocasionales de Mercer, Watson, KF, etc. para obtener las herramientas externas necesarias para medir la competitividad de salario y compensación total. + Elaboración de ofertas para candidatos internos y externos de puestos CAT, Field y CD (puestos administrativos) en el formato aprobado por AZ, asegurando el uso de datos como estudios de mercado y compensación actual, equidad interna y experencia laboral. + Seguimiento con HM para las ofertas graduales aprobadas para asegurar que el cambio de realice en tiempo y forma. + Apoyo en el proceso de valuacion, creación, modificación de puestos en sistema para que la estructura organizacional funcione correctamente. + Asistir en diferentes proyectos de compensaciones con reportes, análisis y /o presentaciones + Apoyo en el proceso anual de Mérito en seguimiento y dudas con cada representante de RH para que se pueda cumplir con las fechas y asignación de acuerdo a políticas. **Qualifications** Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Actuaría, Administración ó Sistemas Years of Experience: One to two years. Type of Experience: Recursos Humanos, Análsis de Información Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Capacidad para analizar y procesar información en bases de datos. Orientado al detalle.
