The Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for coordinating the E2E importation and export processes. Manage all orders placed with the U.S., Netherlands and other sources, ensuring product availability, packaging coordination with distribution centers, and validation/approval of all necessary documentation for importing, including import license requirements and overseeing the entire process with logistics operators and freight forwarders, managing the customs broker to ensure they have all necessary information for proper registration of import processes. Manage inbound costs (warehousing, taxes, freight, etc.) and ensure they are aligned with the budget. This position is responsible for confirmations and arrival forecasts of all products, serving as key input for the MRP process, by ensuring delivery forecasts are accurate so that material planning is executed properly.

This position reports to the Impex Coordinator and is part of the Operations located in São Paulo and will be an on-site role to cover Brazil  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Review and approve all documentation issued by distribution centers (invoices, packing lists) and freight forwarders (AWB, BL, etc.).Monitor and send arrival forecasts to planning and customer service coordinators.Coordinate the full flow of materials/products and ensure all departments are aligned, enabling logistics to properly manage receiving and shipping without causing bottlenecks in Palhoça operations.

The essential requirements of the job include

+10 years experience in  International Businesses (Foreign Trade) Bachelor degree in trade compliance, foreign trade or international tradeFluent EnglishAdvanced Excel PowerBI

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Oracle, Ecomex
