The Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting sales teams? We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to be a pivotal part of our commercial operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the complex, non-sales activities that are crucial to getting our deals from opportunity to revenue. You'll work closely with internal teams, handling everything from document creation and data analysis to ensuring compliance, all while contributing to our process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities

Create and review complex pricing models, quotes, and other essential documents

Analyze and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for our sales teams

Ensure all opportunity-related documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies

Act as a trusted partner, providing expert support to internal customers throughout the deal lifecycle

Identify and proactively lead small-scale process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in a sales support or global deal operations role

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Mandatory fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights

Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and pricing tools
