Job Summary
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a working knowledge of the UPS Data Warehouse, capabilities, and related data elements.Compiles information for product campaigns and reporting.Works with Business Analysts and Product Managers to develop periodic reports for management teams supporting e-Commerce products and initiatives.Maintains all hardware and software inventories and coordinates ISM related communications and initiatives.Develops and runs macros and queries to meet data analysis needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - PreferredStrong attention to detailWorking knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong writing and speaking skills in English
