**Your role and responsibilities**
Transfer Pricing and Valuation Practice. This is a challenging and fast paced position. We are looking for a professional that understands valuation principles, CAPM/WACC methodologies, financial reports and has the knowledge to prepare financial and economic analyses of inter-company transactions involving cross border flows of goods, services, intangible property, familiarity with valuation principles and ability to construct transfer pricing and valuation-based models.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst with solid experience and technical knowledge to act strategically within the company's tax department.
Expected Best Practices:
* Constant monitoring of tax legislation
* Analysis of the impacts and implications of changes in the sector
* Certification analysis of operations
* Cross-checking of data - verification of tax information
* Risk mitigation and prevention of tax penalties
* Analysis of the impact of tax costs on the company’s activities
* Tax consultancy (Information provider)
* Tax planning (Alternatives to minimize tax costs and optimize resources)
Requirements and Skills:
* Degree in Law or Accounting
* Tax and accounting reconciliations
* Analysis of tax reports and fiscal records
* Proficiency in technology, SPED, and Excel
* Strong skills in data analysis and resolution of tax-related issues
* Knowledge of corporate processes
* Experience dealing with audits and administrative tax proceedings
* Understanding of legislative processes and interaction with auditors
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
