Responsibilities The Opportunity As Analista de Ventas Estrat/Pln your responsibilities would consist of gaining in-depth exposure to the end-to-end purchasing operations of both soda equipment and beverage products. They will play a key role in supporting the U.S. beverage market by contributing to impactful projects tied to the day-to-day operations they support, as well as strategic internal initiatives within the MCC team—driving process improvement, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders across the business and to serve as a valuable backup during operational peaks and out-of-office (OOO) coverage, ensuring business continuity and excellence in execution. Your Impact As Analista de Ventas Estrat/Pln your responsibilities would consist of: Process purchase orders for equipment: Ensure timely and accurate creation and closure of purchase orders for soda-related equipment, following established procedures and vendor guidelines. Manage inventory within internal systems: Monitor and update inventory records in internal platforms to maintain accuracy and support demand planning and fulfillment activities. Maintain purchasing and inventory reports: Generate and update reports that track purchasing activity and inventory levels, providing visibility to stakeholders and supporting operational decision-making. Process beverage product orders: Enter and follow up on product orders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements. Coordinate with carriers and customer care to resolve delivery discrepancies: Act as a liaison between logistics partners and customer service teams to investigate and resolve issues related to product delivery, including delays or mismatches. Create and maintain product records in the system: Support the setup of new products and ensure data accuracy in the system to enable smooth purchasing and inventory processes. Collaborate with internal PepsiCo teams on cross-functional projects: Work closely with various internal teams to support and contribute to cross-team projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and alignment across functions. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related operational roles Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or inventory management platforms is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle delivery discrepancies and follow up proactively. Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written). Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities. Interest in continuous improvement and willingness to participate in cross-functional projects.
