Defines and implements standards in quality planning, testing, processes and KPIs in order to fulfill project, company or other quality requirements. Responsible for definition, execution, improvement and reporting of Quality Gates in projects. Defines, tracks, reports and improves test content and measurement standards as part of shared responsibility. Performs postmortem analyses and defines, assigns, tracks and reports preventive measures and actions. Collaborates with other parts of the Quality organization to deliver holistic and end-to-end quality analyses and reports. Measures, tracks and reports risks and issues from a quality perspective and leads quality improvement projects, programs and initiatives. Assists and supports the organization in implementing and managing management systems to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000), supports the organization in developing and improving business processes, increases awareness within the organization on management system relevant topics, creates management systems relevant training materials and performs trainings accordingly, plans and performs internal audits to verify compliance with international standards. Defines and manages internal processes, support the organization in the application of these processes and verifies the compliance through internal audits.
