The Johnnie Walker marketing Sr. Analyst will support all brand building activities and will play a key role on developing the brand communications plan. **Role Responsibilities:** · Main support on Johnnie Walker 360º communications plan, from media plans to always on content, influencer marketing, PR, PR Stunts and brand collaborations. · Interface with communication agencies and may support influencers, partners, and clients · Support on creating brand strategic plans for long term connecting 360o brand activity calendar · Support on trade marketing activities in collaboration with the trade and sales team. · Manage brand budget, marketing controls, purchase orders, invoices, financial reports, and approvals of media and point-of-sale materials with legal team. · Lead all JW endomarketing campaigns, including internal communications, employee activations, giftings, and internal events. · Safeguard the proper application of Johnnie Walker’s visual identity and premium positioning across all touchpoints. **Experience / skills required:** · Experience in marketing, with brand planning and activation calendar, aligning ATL/BTL strategies. · Growth mindset and high energy · Organization and able to deal with project/execution timelines. · Strong “can do” attitude, taking risks · Resilience and flexibility · Good communications skills and story telling · Bachelor’s degree is mandatory · Advanced English (frequent interaction with global teams). · Collaborative, creative, excellent communication skills and a passion for iconic brands. **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
