**Description and Requirements**
**Role Overview:**
The Reverse Logistics Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring product return processes, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with customer service, transportation, warehousing and repair center.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage product return flows.
+ Coordinate sorting processes.
+ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies.
+ Drive continuous improvement in reverse logistics operations.
+ Provide customer support (resellers and distributors) addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively and professionally.
+ Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers and suppliers independently, adapting your approach to the complexity of each situation.
+ Monitor, analyze, and report on area performance indicators; develop and implement action plans to achieve established goals to Reverse Logistics.
+ Prepare and present reports to managers and leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
+ Make informed process-related decisions, leveraging leadership support when needed.
**Requirements**
+ **Experience:** 2–4 years of proven experience in reverse logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable steps.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
+ Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
