O Analista Frota Jr é o profissional dedicado ao atendimento do Gestor de Frota LeasePlan, tem como principal tarefa o recebimento de demandas dos clientes para tratar imediatamente ou com as áreas responsáveis.

A principal missão deste cargo é atender e monitorar as solicitações do Gestor de Frota, além de identificar novas oportunidades de melhoria, atuando diretamente com as áreas de operações e demais, a fim de melhorarmos de forma contínua a qualidade no atendimento e consequentemente a satisfação dos clientes. Temos como visão aprimorarmos a nossa excelência operacional, garantindo uma maior satisfação no atendimento aos clientes, com foco no aumento do resultado da pesquisa de NPS (Cliente NPS) e retenção da carteira.
