POSITION SUMMARY:
Be the focal point of care with the client responsible for the content and transmission of all information pertaining to the sheet process, performing highly complex activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting admission processes, termination, vacation transfers and contractual changes; ü Assist in meeting the employees of the contracting customers. Knowledge of various calculations such as termination, vacation, pension, etc. Perform releases information on payroll ü Conduct approvals of severance processes, making scheduling, preparation of documentation, the notice to off employee, answering questions and the preposition in order to comply with legislation and the required deadlines. Perform a survey of overtime, meals and issuing of badges. Develop maps of daily monitoring services; ü Perform reception services and shipping documents to internal and external customers. Raise all the customer's point of markings. Develop reports and forms required by clients in the system. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education: Higher Studying or Full of Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources or related areas Minimum experience in the area: two years. Specific knowledge: Office package, communication, knowledge Personnel Department routines of Labor Legislation notions.
