FACILITIES ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION / DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:

· Support for scheduling meetings, accesses, parking spaces and adequacy of workstations.

. Be aware of all aspects involving service providers in the area.

· Monitoring the cleaning service with constant checks.

. Support in receiving and sending correspondence from the areas.

. Support in taxi and coffee break requests.

· Monitor maintenance and repairs.

. Receive general maintenance WO (air conditioning, chairs, lighting, cleaning, etc.) and direct/follow with the contracted supplier and launch service orders for the vendors. Control and monitoring of services (soft and hard services).

. Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.

. Monitor the stock of office supplies and request for replacement.

. Manage, specify and control the purchase of consumables, building maintenance materials, pantry supplies, hygienic and disposables supplies.

. Monitor the performance of the site in order to achieve the KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA's (Service Level Agreements) developed by the area.

. Support organization and provision of statutory renewals.

. Support for prospecting suppliers and service providers.

. Budget support.

. Promote innovative solutions to challenges.

PREREQUISITES DETERMINED:

· It is desirable to be studying (or having completed) a higher education course in administration, engineering or related areas.

· Desirable experience with Facilities, Reception and/or Hotels.

. Desirable to have at least advanced English.
