As a Sr. Associate, Professional Education & Development supporting the Professional Education team, you will be trusted to enhance the ECP´s skills and knowledge, develop educational programs for ECP´s from Hospitals and Clinics, Congresses Programs like Symposia, and interact with Key Opnion Leaders across Mexico (70% of the time) and internationally (30%). In this role, a typical day will include:

Developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to enhance ECP´s knowledge about Vision Care´s products and their technical and scientific differentials.Designing and delivering engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and live sessions.Collaborating with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure relevant, accurate, and aligned training content and relevant material.Assessing training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.Managing logistics for training events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, participant communications, and resources, speakers briefing, engagements with ECPs (contracts, presentations approvals, etc.)Developing training sessions at Alcon Experience Center focusing in the different profile of ECPs (Ophthalmologists, Residents, students)


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, preferably a Medical degree and/or Medical Ophthalmology specialization. in visual health (e.g., Ophthalmology).Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a differential (preferred).Proficiency in Spanish and English (fluency required).Proactivity, planning skills, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and effective presentation skills.Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management.Team Working interest, and desire to develop a career in the company.
