As a Sr. Associate, Professional Education & Development supporting the Professional Education team, you will be trusted to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce across Mexico (70% of the time) and internationally (30%). In this role, a typical day will include:

Developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Designing and delivering engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and live sessions.Collaborating with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure relevant, accurate, and aligned training content.Assessing training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.Managing logistics for training events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, participant communications, and resources.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, preferably in visual health (e.g., Ophthalmology).Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).Proficiency in Spanish and English (fluency required).Proactivity, planning skills, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and effective presentation skills.Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management.
